Simply magic. Bluebell was a happy cat and Kerry and the team looking after her clearly went above and beyond. We felt secure as owners knowing there was nothing to worry about. Absolutely amazing cattery.
Never left my cat in a cattery before so was very nervous but they were absolutely amazing!! I can't fault them at all. Loki was so happy there, he got so much love and fuss.
I got daily pictures and videos. Nothing was to much for the staff there. Very friendly.

Our cat Cleo has stayed at Broome Manor Cattery on multiple occasions over the years, so we decided it was about time that we wrote a 5 star review about the service we have received over the years. We can’t recommend the place and the people enough. It is such a cat centred organisation and the staff can never do enough to help. Our cat is extremely anxious, and we struggle to get her into a basket for any reason. We are always so stressed by the time we drop her off, and she has also usually left a little accident in her carrier during the 10 minute journey there. However, the staff are always wonderful, with us and with Cleo. Pesky puss always looks chilled and happy when we pick her up….until the next time!! Thank you for being a fabulous cattery. Love this place. I know my boy will be looked after here. Fairly priced, and great clean, spacious place for cats. Updates can be requested, lovely way to see they are doing good while you’re away.

This was the first time I had put my 11 year old cat Willow into a cattery, so I was a little worried as to how she would settle in. Kerry who was looking after Willow is a fantastic lady with a real passion for looking after the cats in her care as if they were her own, she was absolutely brilliant with Willow & sent me regular updates over 2 weeks on how well she had settled in with photos & videos. This is the second time that we have left our two cats at broome manor. They are both very sensitive and senior cats and the staff couldn’t have done more to meet their needs. This is a genuinely compassionate and animal centred place. I trust them to always act in the best interests of the animals in their care. Kerry was amazing and sent us so many updates and pictures. Really a wonderful place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
